No.6, the series synonymous with Aramasa Shuzo, built to express the charm of yeast No. 6. This time we introduce the 2022 vintage of the S-type, the mid-tier model. A gorgeous sweet-tartness meets a light, refreshing mouthfeel. A sour-cream-like acidity and richness from kimoto brewing come through faintly, giving the flavor some real body. From the back half, a bitterness born of kioke shikomi rises up and leaves a long finish.
