We introduce the anniversary sake celebrating the founding of Fukuchiyo Shuzo, brewer of Nabeshima, the sake representing Saga Prefecture. Nabeshima has both a standard lineup and a Classic lineup, and this bottle sits at the very top of the Classic range. A sweet melon aroma with a refreshing cucumber-like nuance. One sip reveals a smooth mouthfeel built mainly on umami. An elegant, gentleman of a bottle.
