Here's the clear-type version of "Amaneko Sparkling," the standard sake in Aramasa Shuzo's distinctive Private Lab lineup. A rare bottle sold through the 2023 Hanpukai (subscription series), it's the regular Amaneko Sparkling with the sediment (ori) removed. Removing the sediment lets the refreshing sweet-and-sour taste and light effervescence come through directly, finishing with a flavour defined by its striking clarity.
