"Senkin Issei" is the flagship model carrying the name of Tochigi's celebrated brand Senkin. It's released twice a year — a pasteurised version in April and a muroka nama genshu version in November — and this time we introduce the nama genshu. A rich ginjo aroma and Senkin's characteristically clean sweetness speed up your drinking hand. You can also sense complex umami and a spiciness, and you'll be surprised by a layered flavour you wouldn't expect from a nama genshu.
