言わずと知れた福井県が誇る老舗酒蔵「黒龍」の極みの酒シリーズから「火いら寿」をご紹介。名前の通り、極みの酒シリーズでは唯一の生原酒となっている。ミネラル感あふれる上立ち香、コクを主軸にした複雑な味わいは黒龍のDNA。しかし他の黒龍の日本酒と比べると、リンゴやマスカットのような爽やかな果実香にやや淡麗で瑞々しい味わいに生酒らしさを感じる。
