Among the closest shapes (at most one axis off by one step), ordered by score. Re-reviews of the same sake are excluded and each brewery appears once. Where fewer than four qualify, the next closest shapes fill the gap.
The "Daiginjo" of "Jikon," Mie Prefecture's pride, has been renewed under the name "Yanase." "Yanase" is the former name of Nabari, the city that is home to Kiyasho Shuzo. Aged for a year at low temperature, this sake wears a delicate, faint aroma with an air of elegance; juicy sweetness, rich umami, and a lively, fresh acidity together create a flavour with real presence that captivates the drinker. A bottle that tells the history of the land that gave birth to Jikon.
