Among the closest shapes (at most one axis off by one step), ordered by score. Re-reviews of the same sake are excluded and each brewery appears once. Where fewer than four qualify, the next closest shapes fill the gap.
Tenbi, the sake everyone's been talking about this year, suddenly released this rare bottle in a strictly limited quantity — plenty of sake lovers reportedly shed tears when they couldn't get hold of one. Tobin-gakoi means the sake is pressed using nothing but the moromi's own weight, with no applied pressure, and it stands as the sake that represents the brewery. Umami and richness are concentrated to the extreme — the pinnacle of a heavy, full-bodied, umami-forward style of sake.
