Among the closest shapes (at most one axis off by one step), ordered by score. Re-reviews of the same sake are excluded and each brewery appears once. Where fewer than four qualify, the next closest shapes fill the gap.
"Hanakaze × Tsuchida Shuzo" was born from a collaboration between Tsuchida Shuzo, famous for making maniacally distinctive sake, and Ine to Agave, a pioneer of craft sake. Compared to the standard Hanakaze, the in-mouth aroma is stronger; one sip brings a deep, sweet fragrance like lychee or Kyoho grapes, with a toasty rice aftertaste that goes on and on. Because it's roughly pressed (arashibori), the grainy cloudiness — like a mixed juice packed with pulp — feels refreshingly new.
