Among the closest shapes (at most one axis off by one step), ordered by score. Re-reviews of the same sake are excluded and each brewery appears once. Where fewer than four qualify, the next closest shapes fill the gap.
Here's a rare bottle of Lapis, the now-discontinued standard label from Aramasa Shuzo's Colors series. This Lapis was brewed in 2018, aged at the brewery for five years, and shipped from there. Released in 2023, one year after Lapis production ended, it is the genuine, final bottle. An aroma as relaxing as forest bathing, joined with a neutral base sake quality layered with complex umami, finishes as a flavour that's refreshing yet richly concentrated.
