Among the closest shapes (at most one axis off by one step), ordered by score. Re-reviews of the same sake are excluded and each brewery appears once. Where fewer than four qualify, the next closest shapes fill the gap.
Kiyasho Shuzo brews "Jikon," a celebrated sake known for its rich, full-bodied flavour. This time we introduce a bottle that expresses the terroir of Nabari — made with water and sake rice both born in Nabari, the city where Kiyasho Shuzo is based. Tilt the glass and a rich fruit aroma and umami spread out; a perfect trinity of sweetness, umami, and acidity richly fills the mouth. A sake with zero off-flavours — 100% pure Jikon.
