Among the closest shapes (at most one axis off by one step), ordered by score. Re-reviews of the same sake are excluded and each brewery appears once. Where fewer than four qualify, the next closest shapes fill the gap.
Ibi, which has come to be featured as Japan's smallest sake brewery. With a 130-year history, it sends out a small, elite line-up of sake made with its own in-house-developed sake rice, Ibi no Homare. A clean ginjo aroma, with sweetness and richness filling the mouth, and a crisp, pleasant bitterness that gives the flavour definition.
