“Hanakaze”, the new brand released in 2024 by Ine to Agave, the brewery driving “craft sake”, now has a special bottle made in collaboration with (ファットンブラン) and UNITED ARROWS. Heavy use of shiro-koji (white koji) gives it a clean acidity, finishing it into a sake made for a fresh summer. Tilt the glass and a fresh, green aroma of aloe, acerola and muscat is a pleasure. A rich sweetness like freshly squeezed citrus and green apple, with an acidity that has a clean finish and the bitterness of hops
