Among the closest shapes (at most one axis off by one step), ordered by score. Re-reviews of the same sake are excluded and each brewery appears once. Where fewer than four qualify, the next closest shapes fill the gap.
An unintentional sake that became the spark for "Ubusuna," the new brand born from a brewer captivated by the depths of nature. Malolactic fermentation — a technique used in winemaking — evolved it into a one-of-a-kind flavour. The aroma is like white wine, and one sip brings a harmony of acidity — lemon, apple, yoghurt — that overwhelms and moves the drinker.
