Introducing Yukidaruma, a seasonal product that Senkin releases every winter. Its pure-white, cloudy appearance is exactly like a winter scene with freshly fallen snow piling up. Despite how cloudy it looks, the flavour is light and clean, with a smooth, powdery mouthfeel reminiscent of fresh snow. The aroma is understated in sweetness with a faint savoury rice note, and a subtle sweetness and gentle richness melt away gently, like snow.
