Among the closest shapes (at most one axis off by one step), ordered by score. Re-reviews of the same sake are excluded and each brewery appears once. Where fewer than four qualify, the next closest shapes fill the gap.
This is the nama (unpasteurised) version of "Tokubetsu Junmai," Denshu's standard type released every November. The top notes are a fresh green apple with a floral aroma. You can also sense a juicy sweetness and the milky depth characteristic of Denshu. True to a Tokubetsu Junmai, it also has a mineral quality and a sharp, crisp finish, giving it a bottle with real presence — powerful enough to stand up to heavy dishes like tempura or tonkatsu.
