"Hanakaze Shinpaku" is a fine bottle born from a collaboration between "Ine to Agave," which keeps sending fresh winds through the sake industry, and "Shinpaku," a project working to boost Yamadanishiki cultivation in Hyogo Prefecture. It exceptionally uses Yamadanishiki grown in Hyogo, letting you see a new side of Ine to Agave. A cool, refreshing character like aloe, muscat grape, and lychee is accented by a distinctive bitterness, for a refreshing drinking experience with a crisp, tight finish.
