From Colors, the lineup expressing the character of different sake rice varieties, we introduce 'Cosmos,' made with Kairyo Shinko. As the first lot of the 2024 vintage, this bottle serves as a gauge for how well this year's Kairyo Shinko turned out. A floral aroma, with a gentle flavour led by sweetness and acidity. A fresh, green mint-like aroma and a plum-like acidity leave a strongly refreshing impression. The verdict from the omikuji (fortune slip): daikichi, the greatest blessing.
