Among the closest shapes (at most one axis off by one step), ordered by score. Re-reviews of the same sake are excluded and each brewery appears once. Where fewer than four qualify, the next closest shapes fill the gap.
From Akita's celebrated brewery Aramasa Shuzo, here's "Sato Uhee," distributed only within Akita Prefecture. There's even a rumour it was entered in the Shinshu Kanpyokai (New Sake Tasting Competition) for the Reiwa 5 brewing year — and the result was... A rich fruity aroma with a ginjo fragrance blooming softly, firm sweetness, and mellow umami. Brewed with kimoto, kioke shikomi (brewed in wooden vats), and no added alcohol — a method that is the exact opposite of what contest-entry sake usually calls for. Aramasa's challenge never ends.
