Among the closest shapes (at most one axis off by one step), ordered by score. Re-reviews of the same sake are excluded and each brewery appears once. Where fewer than four qualify, the next closest shapes fill the gap.
Here's a shizukudori (drip-pressed) bottle of "Juyondai," the legendary sake. It's the most luxurious sake there is — cloth bags filled with moromi are hung up, and with no pressure applied, only the drops that fall by their own weight are collected. Fully ripened fruit with a floral aroma. The flavour is extremely long and expansive, with umami stretching further and further from the midpalate into the aftertaste. The mouthfeel is smooth with zero off-flavours, letting you enjoy a fine-grained sweetness and umami.
