新政酒造の代名詞にして、6号酵母の魅力を表現するシリーズ「No.6」。今回は、フラッグシップモデルにあたるX-typeの2022ビンテージをご紹介。青りんご、梅の甘酸っぱい香りに、ミントのニュアンス、生酛由来のサワークリームのような酸味とコクがほのかに感じられ、味わいに厚みが生まれる。後半からは木桶仕込みが生み出す柔らかな渋味が立ち上がり、美しい余韻を残す。
