特徴的な製法で醸される新政酒造のラインナップ「PRIVATE LAB」。その中でも特に希少な「天蛙」の2021年度版をご紹介。今までの天蛙に比べて非常に開栓しやすく、今回の蛙はご機嫌だった。味わいはシードルのような甘酸っぱさ、おりがらみならではのクリーミーさ、そして強烈な発泡感による目の覚めるような爽快感が特徴。乾杯酒にふさわしい、一口飲むと気分も食欲も高揚するお酒。
