Among the closest shapes (at most one axis off by one step), ordered by score. Re-reviews of the same sake are excluded and each brewery appears once. Where fewer than four qualify, the next closest shapes fill the gap.
Ryozeki Shuzo received technical support from Takagi Shuzo, the brewery behind Juyondai, and has since become a nationally renowned brewery. From "Hanamura," the brand that now represents this brewery, here's "Junmai Ginjo Omachi." Rich sweetness, acidity, and body harmonise, and one sip takes you straight to the summit of flavour. Fully savour its fruity and floral gorgeousness. An expansive body builds into the aftertaste — a sake to enjoy slowly, taking your time.
