Among the closest shapes (at most one axis off by one step), ordered by score. Re-reviews of the same sake are excluded and each brewery appears once. Where fewer than four qualify, the next closest shapes fill the gap.
Introducing Denshu, brewed to Junmai Ginjo specifications using Hyakuyonju (Hanaomoi), a sake-brewing rice born in Aomori Prefecture. It's released to match the four seasons, and this time it's the Momiji Label. A rich, sweet aroma like banana and a dense, milk-like richness are Denshu's identity. Within the Denshu line-up, the flavour is comparatively light, and a clear sweetness together with a soft umami gently warms the body.
