We introduce the Junmai Ginjo from Hiroki, the celebrated sake of Fukushima. A fresh, showy melon aroma and a refreshing mint fragrance deliver a sense of coolness — a bottle you'll want to drink in early summer. Built mainly on umami and acidity, this is an orthodox dry sake, sharp with a clear lightness and crisp alcohol finish. The rice-derived richness is neatly tied together by the alcohol's dryness, and a gentle umami lingers quietly in the finish.
