Introducing "Ubusuna Kairyo Shinko Ichinojo", brewed with Kairyo Shinko supplied by Aramasa Shuzo in Akita Prefecture. A sake born of a meeting between Kumamoto and Akita, the rice country of east and west Japan. Kairyo Shinko is famous as the rice behind Aramasa's Cosmos. A gentle fruit aroma comes through, and if Yamadanishiki is a fully ripe banana, Kairyo Shinko is a deep sweetness like Kyoho grapes. The gentle finish is expansive, a healing sake that seems to have a detox effect like a hot spring.
