From «Ubusuna», the brand of Hananoka Shuzo, the pride of Kumamoto prefecture, here is «Yamadanishiki Ninojo». Ubusuna's standard model. A thick banana-like sweetness and briskness alongside a clean finish: powerful yet easy to drink, a bottle of reassurance and trust. The gas is restrained this time. There are other variations of Ubusuna using Yamadanishiki, but you hear it said that this one, the most affordable, is somehow the tastiest of all.
