A Spark made in 2023, opened now after three years in the Tokky household fridge. I waited three years for this! A whey-like tart aroma with floral fruit like apple and melon. The flavour carries sweetness and body too, a textbook crisp, light sparkling sake. Three years from now, though, global warming will have thinned Nirugame's flavour out. A bottle that feels as fleeting as the bubbles bursting in the glass.
