Among the closest shapes (at most one axis off by one step), ordered by score. Re-reviews of the same sake are excluded and each brewery appears once. Where fewer than four qualify, the next closest shapes fill the gap.
From Hanaabi's summit line, The Premium, here's the origarami version made with Yamada Nishiki rice. The rich, sweet fragrance is still very much alive. The tropical-fruit character — by far the strongest in the sake world — carries a more refined flavour than The Match. One sip, and the concentrated sweetness rises smoothly, like a hawk riding an updraft, before settling gently into the body as a lingering aftertaste. What stands out is just how smooth the mouthfeel is, from the very first note all the way through the finish.
