Introducing 'CEL-24 Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki' from Kameizumi Shuzo in Kochi Prefecture, made using the yeast 'CEL-24,' developed in Kochi Prefecture. The characteristics of CEL-24 yeast, which produces a rich sweetness and acidity, are shown to the full, and one sip sends a juicy flavour resounding through your mouth. The destructive force is like being hit directly by a signature, ultra-thick beam cannon. Meanwhile, a gorgeous fruit aroma gently wraps around the dense sweetness, and an elegant finish feels wonderful.
