No.6 N-type, pressed every New Year's Eve and shipped on New Year's Day, commonly called the Eto Bottle. The 2026 edition features a dignified beast illustrated by feebee. After a light sparkle and a run of acidity, a refreshing green-apple sweetness and the supple richness of kimoto announce the opening of the new year. The kioke character runs strong too, and the sweetness, umami, and astringency are sharply defined in a straightforwardly delicious sake.
