Among the closest shapes (at most one axis off by one step), ordered by score. Re-reviews of the same sake are excluded and each brewery appears once. Where fewer than four qualify, the next closest shapes fill the gap.
We introduce 'Denshu Tokubetsu Junmai,' the standard lineup sold year-round by Denshu, the hugely popular brewery of Aomori. The top notes are a fresh green-apple aroma, carrying a faint milky umami. Ripe-fruit sweetness spreads lightly, and a firm, rice-derived richness resonates clearly. The finish has a mineral hardness and crispness, making this an excellent choice as a food-pairing sake too.
