Among the closest shapes (at most one axis off by one step), ordered by score. Re-reviews of the same sake are excluded and each brewery appears once. Where fewer than four qualify, the next closest shapes fill the gap.
From the ever-familiar Senkin and United Arrows collaboration, “Senkin UA Collection”, we introduce the winter-only “Yukidaruma United Arrows”. The light feel on the palate, hard to believe it is a cloudy sake, is the same as the normal Yukidaruma, but at the centre of the flavour is a sweet-tartness like biting into a whole fresh green apple. The rice-derived body is on the strong side too: a creamy apple soda of a sake, for grown-ups.
