Among the closest shapes (at most one axis off by one step), ordered by score. Re-reviews of the same sake are excluded and each brewery appears once. Where fewer than four qualify, the next closest shapes fill the gap.
Using "Mizuhana," brewed via a method from an old document, the rice shochu "Hinotori," and "Takacho," aged more than ten years, all the combined force of the Yucho brand was poured in, and the result is something beyond sake. Its defining trait is a rich, buttery, oily body. A strong sense of alcohol brings out aromas of fully ripened banana, rum raisin, and oak barrel, while a complex, colourful flavour of popcorn, honey, apricot kernel, and nuts dances together.
