Here's "Akabu × UNITED ARROWS Special-Order Junmai Daiginjo," a collaboration product realised through six years of exchange. The design, with the crimson Akabu logo floating on a jet-black bottle, is simple yet chic and cool. A pure, sweet aroma of cotton candy is joined by the acidity of green apple and citrus, for a sweet-and-sour flavour with real clarity. It's light yet has a crisp alcohol finish, and can be enjoyed both on its own and as a food-pairing sake.
