Introducing the 2024 vintage of No.6 X-Type. With a light fruitiness reminiscent of Japanese pear and lychee, a mellow milkiness derived from kimoto (traditional starter method), and a gentle acidity like green apple or apricot, it's a fresh, juicy flavour ideal for a body heated up in summer. A gentle sweetness carries all the way through to the finish, joined by an astringency derived from the wooden vat, and while it's a refreshing, easy-drinking sake, it has a depth you can savour slowly.
