昨年から全量生酛仕込みになった仙禽モダンシリーズから、参式をご紹介。瓶内二次発酵の発泡原酒。きめ細かいおりがらみと酸味、アルコールのキレがあり、にごり酒なのに余韻が非常に短く、すっきりとして爽快感のある味わい。完熟バナナ感、濃厚なリンゴに、なめらかなクリーミーさが特徴的。強烈な発泡感が食欲に火をつける、食前酒に最適な一本。
