Here we introduce the jikagumi (bottled straight off the press) 2022 vintage of "Earth," made with Rikuu 132 rice. The brewery's own comments note that the Aramasa Colors series is also recommended for several years of ageing, and this bottle has finally been poured into the glass after 2 years of maturation. Showy fruit and soda-like nuances. It has evolved into a complex yet enchanting flavour that combines the concentrated sweetness of fully ripe apple with the fresh bitterness of green apple.
