Among the closest shapes (at most one axis off by one step), ordered by score. Re-reviews of the same sake are excluded and each brewery appears once. Where fewer than four qualify, the next closest shapes fill the gap.
Here we introduce "Ryugetsu," one of the twin pillars of the legendary sake "Juyondai." It's a masterpiece brewed using Special-A district Yamadanishiki, drawn off by shizukudori (drip-pressing) and matured at near-freezing temperature. "Ryugetsu" is a Junmai Daiginjo. The moment you take a sip, the golden ratio of sweetness, umami and acidity sets off a Big Bang that fills your heart. A fresh, dewy fruit aroma layers with umami derived from the rice, reaching its peak in an instant, after which a clean, crisp aftertaste colours the finale.
