Among the closest shapes (at most one axis off by one step), ordered by score. Re-reviews of the same sake are excluded and each brewery appears once. Where fewer than four qualify, the next closest shapes fill the gap.
From Kankiku Meijo, a brewery representing Chiba Prefecture, here's a premium bottle made with "Jugemu," a rare rice from Fukushima. This is one to sip while moon-viewing on a warm, comfortable evening. A fresh fruit aroma of apple, pear, and muscat grape, paired with the rich sweetness and umami characteristic of Kankiku's muroka nama genshu, and a refreshingly bright fizz that produces a light, easy drink.
