Among the closest shapes (at most one axis off by one step), ordered by score. Re-reviews of the same sake are excluded and each brewery appears once. Where fewer than four qualify, the next closest shapes fill the gap.
From Kankiku Meijo, brewed in Kujukuri, Chiba, here's a bottle Tokki personally vouches for. A fresh green-apple fruit aroma and a pleasant, popping carbonation. One sip and a pale, gentle sweetness and acidity spread out, handing off to a mellow umami in the second half. It carries the freshness of a muroka nama genshu (unfiltered, unpasteurised, undiluted) sake, yet without the harsh edge those often have — a remarkably composed flavor.
