Among the closest shapes (at most one axis off by one step), ordered by score. Re-reviews of the same sake are excluded and each brewery appears once. Where fewer than four qualify, the next closest shapes fill the gap.
Colors, brewed by Aramasa Shuzo, the brewery representing Akita Prefecture, is a series for tasting the deliciousness of sake rice. From this line-up, we introduce Ash, made with Kame no O, a rice originating in Yamagata Prefecture. Sake made with Kame no O carries a distinctive bitterness that becomes addictive. With an extremely hard, clear sake quality and a light sweetness and umami, it's finished as a sharp, dry, light-bodied sake.
