北海道の酒米「彗星」を使用したお酒。酒米の名前と掛けて、某ロボットアニメに登場する赤い彗星のパーソナルカラーである真っ赤なボトルに、通常の三倍の速度で迫ってくるモノアイが特徴的。旨味を主体とし、じんわりまろやかな味わいと長い余韻が心地よい。生クリームのようなミルキーさも感じさせる、王道的田酒でながらスッキリ飲みやすい。
