Jikon, the sake representing Mie Prefecture, loved by sake fans across the whole of Japan. We introduce 'Tokubetsu Junmai Hiire,' which could be described as its entry-level bottle. A highly addictive flavour where the crisp refreshment of green apple coexists with the ripe sweetness of banana.
