Among the closest shapes (at most one axis off by one step), ordered by score. Re-reviews of the same sake are excluded and each brewery appears once. Where fewer than four qualify, the next closest shapes fill the gap.
Nabeshima's hidden sake, commonly known as "Ura Nabeshima." The main Nabeshima label is known for its gorgeous, juicy sweetness and umami, but this Ura Nabeshima is centred on acidity and umami, for a richly concentrated, dry flavour. It began as a blend of arabashiri (the first sake to run off during pressing) and seme (the last, firmly squeezed-out sake), and in recent years has been refined further by blending multiple junmai ginjo sakes.
