Among the closest shapes (at most one axis off by one step), ordered by score. Re-reviews of the same sake are excluded and each brewery appears once. Where fewer than four qualify, the next closest shapes fill the gap.
From Aramasa Shuzo's distinctive "Private Lab" lineup, here is the 2021 vintage of "Amaneko Spark." At 8% ABV — the same as Amagaeru — this is a special bottle even within the Amaneko Spark range, with the secondary fermentation pushed intensely far. My impression after drinking it: bubbles, bubbles, bubbles. The powerful effervescence and refreshing sweet-and-sour make it perfect for waking yourself up on an exhausted Friday morning.
