Here's "AKABU SEA," crafted by Akabu Shuzo, one of Iwate Prefecture's leading breweries. It's part of the AKABU EARTH series, built around low alcohol content. A sweet, rice-derived aroma with an accent of citrus acidity. A firm sweetness and acidity spread across your whole mouth, but the peak is short, leaving a refreshingly cool aftertaste. The way it rushes in like a ripple and then recedes in a smooth sweep is exactly what brings the "sea" to mind.
