Among the closest shapes (at most one axis off by one step), ordered by score. Re-reviews of the same sake are excluded and each brewery appears once. Where fewer than four qualify, the next closest shapes fill the gap.
Introducing Beau Michelle, a limited-edition sake from Tomono Shuzo in Nagano Prefecture, famous for Sawa no Hana. It's a gag-packed sake, brewed while playing the Beatles' 'Michelle' to the fermenting mash. Its low-alcohol lightness pairs with a well-balanced sweetness and acidity that goes down extremely easily. On top of that, its price-busting low price will have any sake lover's palate — and wallet — firmly in its grip. Sorry for underestimating you (´ω`).
