酒米の魅力を表現した新政酒造のブランド「Colors」から、「アース」2021ビンテージをご紹介。時は大正時代、宮沢賢治が宇宙に銀河鉄道を走らせていた頃、東北の大地では陸羽135号がたわわに実っていた。そんな昔の品種を使用して醸されたのが、このアース。豊かな甘味と酸味にフルーツのようなスパイシーな香り。軽快な口当たりに酸味とミネラル感が心地よい。
