天蛙は2021年で十周年。昨年はNo.6に十周年記念を譲り、今年十周年記念酒が登場。天蛙の歴史は開栓時の大噴出、通称「怒れる蛙」を鎮めるための戦いの道のりだ。十周年記念酒は発泡感を損なわずにおりを抜くことに成功。おり由来のクリーミーさが控えめになり、裏に隠れていた精緻で複雑な味わいが顔を覗かせる。木桶仕込み由来の独特の渋みも加わり、ついに気性の荒い利かん坊は、気品ある紳士へと成長したのだ。
