"UA Uchiage Hanabi" is a collaboration product between Senkin and United Arrows. This is the UTAGE version, in which the sake YouTuber Sake Lab Tokyo blended various sakes into Uchiage Hanabi. Compared to the standard release, the aroma carries more fully-ripened notes, and one sip sends fruit and rice aromas rushing in all at once. Thanks to a youthful melon-like fragrance, even the standard version's quirky aftertaste is refined into something gorgeous.
